Harry has worked in integrated marketing for over 24 years. The first seven were in agencies before he switched client side as CMO, Marketing Director or as a consultant in a number of leading online gaming and esports organisations.

In 2022 he joined Kwalee, a UK leader in mobile, PC and Console games development and publishing, as VP of Marketing.

Tiffany is a Senior Gameplay Programmer with over 10 years of experience in game development. She has been involved in a variety of teams and projects, ranging from large AAA titles to small indie creations. With a deep passion for gameplay exists, she sees each feature as a unique puzzle to solve. Tiffany finds joy in games, both in playing and creating them. Above all, she loves the industry for all of the remarkable, skilled, and diverse individuals she works along with. Tiffany feels a sense of belonging in the games industry, and feels grateful for her fulfilling career. That is why she does all she can to support others who share a similar passion for games.

Laurence has spent over 20 years in Game Design at Frontier, much of this as a Lead. Since moving from Game Director on Elite Dangerous-Beyond, he has been fortunate to dedicate himself to the Head of Design role. It’s been a steep and rewarding learning curve. A true testament of how to grow in the industry from Junior to Senior and beyond!

Rebecca is people-focused exec with a proven track record of shaping effective strategies for local and global operations, with 16+ years in the games industry at 3 major AAA development studios and publishers. With her expertise, she has founded her own operations consulting firm to help empower individuals and companies in fulfilling their potential.

Roy has worked both inside and outside the games industry within marketing roles giving him unique insight with different strategies and perspectives. He has been involved with involved with games like Sonic Adventure 2, God Of War 3, Uncharted 2, NBA 2K and many more. Tanya is a passionate ops leader who started working at age 14 and her first business age 17. Learning business and associated skills through practice while building brands and companies over the last 7 years

Thomas is a game programmer and technical artist at New Blood Interactive.
He is currently working on the Early Access stealth horror game Gloomwood.
In his spare time he is developing his own immersive sim game, Serpens: Eternal Thievery,
to be released at some point in the next 20 years.

Katie is the Social Media Executive at Dovetail Games & the first Sea of Thieves Partner with a TikTok focus. She is an award-winning content creator.

Holly Bruce is a character artist at K9 Digital with a passion for creatures and horror, games and film. She has created work for titles like "Peaky Blinders: Kings Ransom VR," "Vigilancer 2099," and "DeadHaus Sonata." While also having worked on some cinematic models for Ubisoft, the main one being for "Assassin's Creed Mirage". Holly has also contributed to 6 Unannounced projects which ranges from PC/VR Games to Films and cinematics.

Hadeeart is a 3D designer, who is passionate about art and technology in the fashion industry. She specializes in the creation of 3D virtual garments and XR technologies. While focusing on fashion and working with brands such as Adidas and Puma, she has also utilised her skills within games.

Salman Shurie is an award winning game developer releasing games under the name of Gesinimo Games, through challenging game conventions to create unique gameplay experiences.

Managing a successful freelance career, Lucy's art has helped bring a number of games to life, from small indie games to more recently Disney's Illusion Island, where she got to reimagine her fashion idol, Minnie Mouse. While she has found a new adventure in art direction, character design is her first and forever love and is very proud of her 2020 Game Dev Heroes award in the Art & Animation category.

With over a decade experience in the games industry, Lucy is an advocate for its improvement and is often found talking about diversity in the industry itself as well as the characters in the games we create.

Claire has contributed significantly to multiple projects and causes across the indie and AAA space in her continued 12+ years of working in the industry, leading Marketing and PR remits. She has supported studios as a freelancer in between working directly with recognized publishers, agencies, and developers. She has been nominated for multiple awards, including for 2 BAFTA, and won Develop Star and Game Dev Heroes Awards for Marketing.

She is a Critical Friend and Business Mentor specialising in social and public interest causes and is also the founder of The Compassionate Organisation Framework and Leadership Model. Toni is an inspirational, people leader and one that passionately navigates business with C Suite and board members through individual and business challenge, crisis and change management for futureproofing and sustainability in business. She is a business specialist in Social Impact, Social Justice, and Social Mobility, having led in these areas for over 30 years her senior positions include Central Government, MOJ Home Office, specialist education Principal and Chief Exec of a Home Care Organisation. A veteran in DEIB which underpins all her work she has a keen interest in behaviours and has delivered many talks and presentations empowering and inspiring social entrepreneurs starting out on their journey. She has her own leadership change model, is known as the Queen of Compassion, comes with a sprinkling of #TonisFairyDust

Emre focuses a lot on methods of optimization for XR platforms like the Meta Quest devices as well as creating graphics systems that enable artists in the studio. Having recently joined the industry, one to the coolest things is being in the same room as people who are just as passionate about their own areas of game development as I am about graphics development.

I'm currently working on Ghostbusters: Rise of The Ghost Lord. In my free time I like to dive into other areas of development that I might not be exposed to at work, from tools development to gameplay programming, game design and even a little bit of SFX production.

Iasmina has contributed to "Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord". While at the very beginning of her career as a game programmer after graduating with a games development bachelor's degree, she managed to secure one of the very few roles available to juniors in the UK. Iasmina also has a passion for multiplayer games, as she believes social interaction is a key aspect of gaming.

Susi Bauer (She/Her or They/Them) is a freelance training designer with a 10 year games industry background. She has a diverse skillset in project and people management, training design, DEI, and localisation. Susi has a passion for inclusion and conflict resolution and has led and facilitated workshops and talks on communication, games careers, company culture, neurodivergence and DEI using interactive methods. Her core values are kindness, fairness, and growth through curiosity and creativity.

Dom Shaw is the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Coordinator for Ukie (UK video games and interactive entertainment trade association) who manages and runs the award winning flagship diversity initiative, the #RaiseTheGame pledge, while supporting other activities and initiatives around EDI. Dom has also been a mentor for Limit Break Mentorship for the last 2 years, and has been an ambassador for the UK’s leading autism research charity Autistica since 2019; who strive to make the games industry a more inclusive environment for autistic and neurodiverse individuals. Dom has been recognised for his efforts towards the industry by winning the Diversity Star category at the Develop:Star Awards 2023, received a MCV/DEVELOP 30 Under 30 Award in 2022, was selected as a member of the Game Awards Future Class of 2021 Cohort, and listed on GIBiz’s Game Changers 100 list in 2020.
